This is our first range of wines. These wines are the grape variety signature and sincerely express it.
They should be drunk young to enjoy their freshness.

Alsace
A.O.C (French quality wines)
Type : dry white wine. Assembly wine (40% Sylvaner, 20% auxerrois, 20% riesling, 15% muscat, 5% pinot gris).
Sweetness : 1
Comment :
The nose is frank, with lemon zest aromas. The attack is soft and the mouth feel moreish. It is a crunchy and fruity wine, refreshing.
Food and wine pairing :
Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C .This light wine is ideal as an aperitif, on its own or in a kir. It also goes very well with finger food.
Best consumed : within 4-5 years.


Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes
A.O.C (French quality wines)
Type : dry and light white wine.
Sweetness: 1
Terroir: From our oldest vines (more than 60 years).
Comment :
Dry and straight wine, typical of this grape variety with honeysuckle and beeswax notes. It is a rustic and thirst-quenching character wine. A lemony and floral attack with a powerful structure. The final is long and reveals mineral notes.
Food and wine pairing :
Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C . Perfect with oysters, it is just as wonderful with other shellfish, but also charcuterie, smoked trout, light appetizers and young goat cheeses.
Best consumed: within 5 - 7 years.

Pinot Blanc Auxerrois
A.O.C (French quality wines)
Type: dry and light white wine. Based 95% on Auxerrois and 5% Pinot Blanc

Comment :
Open nose, this is a tasty wine with light smoky and grilled notes and white flesh fruit notes. The attack is generous, straight and frank. Then a pleasant acidity in the finish. There is toasted and ripe flavour in the palate. Perfect wine to discover Alsace wines : fruity, dry and never too lively
Food and wine pairing :
Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C . It pairs well with simple dishes, cold starters, egg based dishes (omelettes, quiches, soufflés), and vegetarian cuisine.

Muscat
A.O.C (French quality wines)
Type : dry and light white wine. Based 50% on Muscat d’Alsace and 50% Muscat Ottonel.
Sweetness : 1
Comment :
Open nose, typical of Muscat with its just ripe grape aromas, some grilled note. The attack is suple and sharp. This wine is straight with a smart expression.
Food and wine pairing :
Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C. Ideal as an appetizer and in warm weather with its light et refreshing bitterness. This wine is an excellent pairing for buffet meals, light starters, quiches Lorraine and of course white asparagus.

Riesling
A.O.C (French quality wines)

Our Riesling is typical from the grape variety. Floral nose with white-flesh fruit (peach, apricot) aromas. Sharp attack, the palate is full-bodied with floral flavor. Long and mouth-watering final.
Food and wine pairing :
Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C. Riesling is an excellent food wine. It has a natural affinity with fish and shellfish, either grilled or with a lemon sauce, but also as a carpaccio or a lime ceviche.

Gewurztraminer
A.O.C (French quality wines)
Type : semi-dry to sweet white wine

Comment:
Typical gewurztraminer nose with orange peel and spices aromas. Intense in the palate balanced by a fresh acidity. Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C. This is a gourmet wine that can accompanies veals medallions, fried foie gras, sweet and savoury dishes, but also spicy dishes (cocomilk thaï dish, moroccan tagines...)

Pinot Gris

Intense and open nose on white-flesh fruits (pear) aromas, lightly smoked. Full-bodied in the palate and well-balanced thanks to acidity, it is a dry spirit wine.
Food and wine pairing :
Preferably drunk between 8 and 10 ° C. This gourmet wine is perfect to accompany veal kidneys, meat or fish starters, lobster and crayfish, mushroom dishes (pan-fried girolles, mushroom risotto) but also white meat (lamb navarin with spring vegetables).
