Comment for the last vintage :

The nose is fresh and aromatic. The bubble is fine and elegant. Dry and refreshing in the mouth with light toasted flavours.

Food and wine pairing :

Preferably drunk between 6 and 8 ° C. It is ideal as an aperitif or to refresh the palate at meal end.

Best consumed: within 5 - 7 years.
